Narrative Strategy for Hotels

Every hotel
has a story.

I build the narrative identity of independent hotels — the voice, the feeling, and the soul that makes guests choose you and never forget you.

About

Julia

Journalism,
empathy &
the power
of place.

I'm Julia, a storyteller and narrative strategist based in Punta del Este, Uruguay. My background is in journalism, communications, and ESG consulting — work that taught me how to find the essential truth of something and make people care about it.

I started this practice because I kept finding beautiful hotels with no voice. Properties with history, character, and a real point of view — invisible online, forgettable in person.

I believe empathy is the engine behind every great story, and every great sale.
